Moss Kadey is also the Chairman and Founder of Luxury Brand Partners, a Miami-based company known for creating branded consumer products in the beauty and hair care industry.

He founded Bumble and Bumble and Becca Cosmetics, both of which were sold to Estee Lauder. He also founded Oribe Hair Care, which was later acquired by Kao Industries. Additionally, Moss Kadey played a key role in the sale of Brita Water Filter rights in North and South America to The Clorox Company.

As Co-Founder of Yes To Inc, Yoobi and Beach House Group, he has been behind the founding of several global beauty and hair brands leaving a lasting impact on the consumer goods industry.

Lance co-founded Yes To Inc in 2006 which went on to become one of the largest natural beauty brands in the USA, as well co-founding Beach House Group in 2016, a brand incubator that creates and commercialises world class brands including Florence By Mills with Milly Bobby Brown, Pattern Beauty with Tracey Ellis Ross, Beis with Shay Mitchell, Moon Oral Care with Kendall Jenner, and Marlowe Men’s skincare. In 2013 Lance co-founded Yoobi- a school supplies brand with a “one for one” give back that has facilitated the giving of school supplies to more than 6 million needy school kids in Australia and the USA. Having spent 20 years commercialising brands in the US, Lance brings his expertise and experience of the US hair and beauty market to Salon Lane to ensure it is at the forefront of innovation and industry leadership.

Jared is a serial entrepreneur, investor, advisor and executive with a proven ability to lead fast paced start-ups and growth companies. Most recently, Jared is the Co-Founder of Salon Lane, an innovative shared workspace solution for independent hair and beauty professionals. Salon Lane has two locations in Sydney, one in Brisbane and are embarking on a national rollout. Jared also founded Australian proptech company, Rent360, an online marketplace for property management in 2019 and founded and sold Europe’s largest supermarket and pharmacy digital coupon company (Couponstar) to NYSE company, Coupons.com in 2011.
